אם בחרתם למסור את כתובת הדוא"ל שלכם בטופס ההרשמה לניוזלטר, אנו אוספים אותה אך ורק כאשר אתם שולחים אותה ביוזמתכם. מטרת השימוש: משלוח עדכונים שיווקיים, מבצעים והשקות. הבסיס החוקי: הסכמה. ניתן להסיר את ההסכמה ולהתנתק מרשימת התפוצה בכל עת.
כלי ה"מדידה על היד" יכול להשתמש במצלמת המכשיר שלכם או בתמונה שאתם מעלים. המידע הזה מעובד אך ורק בתוך הדפדפן שלכם כדי להציג את השעון על היד. התמונה או שידור המצלמה לעולם אינם מועלים, אינם נשלחים לשרת ואינם נשמרים בשום מקום — הם נשארים על המכשיר שלכם ונמחקים כשסוגרים את החלון.
האתר שומר בזיכרון המקומי של הדפדפן פריט אחד בשם brovian_lang ששומר את בחירת השפה (עברית / אנגלית). זהו מידע הכרחי לתפקוד בסיסי, אינו מזהה אתכם אישית, ולכן אין צורך בבאנר עוגיות. בנוסף נשמר פריט תפקודי brovian_cart ששומר את תוכן עגלת הקניות כדי שלא תאבד ברענון הדף. שני הפריטים נשמרים על המכשיר שלכם בלבד וניתן למחוק אותם דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.
חלק מתמונות המוצר עשויות להיטען כרגע משרת חיצוני (kimi-web-img.moonshot.cn). כאשר הדפדפן טוען תמונה כזו, כתובת ה-IP ופרטי הבקשה שלכם נחשפים לאותו שרת צד-שלישי. אנו מתכננים לארח את התמונות באופן עצמאי.
האתר אינו משתמש בעוגיות מעקב, בכלי אנליטיקה (כגון Google Analytics), בפיקסלים פרסומיים או בכלי צד-שלישי לניטור התנהגות.

כתובת דוא"ל לרשימת התפוצה תישמר עד שתבקשו להסירה. מידע ה-localStorage נשאר עד שתמחקו אותו בדפדפן. מידע מצלמה/תמונות של ה-Try-On אינו נשמר כלל.
אנו נוקטים באמצעים סבירים כדי להגן על המידע. עם זאת, שום שיטת שידור או אחסון אינה מאובטחת ב-100%.

If you choose to enter your email in the newsletter sign-up form, we collect it only when you submit it yourself. Purpose: to send marketing updates, offers and launches. Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
The “Try On Your Wrist” tool may use your device camera or a photo you upload. This is processed only inside your browser to render the watch on your wrist. The photo or camera stream is never uploaded, never sent to a server and never stored anywhere — it stays on your device and is discarded when you close the window.
The site keeps one item in your browser’s local storage, brovian_lang, which remembers your language choice (Hebrew / English). It is strictly necessary for basic functionality, does not identify you, and therefore no cookie banner is required. A functional item brovian_cart is also stored to keep your shopping cart from being lost on refresh. Both live only on your device and can be cleared from your browser settings.
Some product images may currently load from a third-party host (kimi-web-img.moonshot.cn). When your browser loads such an image, your IP address and request metadata are exposed to that third-party host. We plan to self-host these images.
The site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), no advertising pixels and no third-party behavioural tracking.

A newsletter email is kept until you ask us to remove it. Local-storage data stays until you clear it in your browser. Try-On camera/photo data is never retained.
