1. קבלת התנאים

השימוש באתר BROVIAN וברכישה דרכו מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים לתנאים, אין להשתמש באתר.

2. דיוק מוצרים, מחירים ומטבע

אנו משתדלים להציג את המוצרים, התיאורים והמחירים בצורה מדויקת. כל המחירים באתר נקובים בדולר אמריקאי (USD), אלא אם צוין אחרת. ייתכנו שגיאות בתיאור, בזמינות או במחיר, ואנו שומרים את הזכות לתקן אותן, לעדכן מחירים ולסרב או לבטל הזמנה שנוצרה על בסיס שגיאה כזו — גם לאחר שנשלח אישור הזמנה.

הערת טיוטה: יש לאמת את מטבע הבסיס, מדיניות המע"מ/מסים והאם המחירים כוללים או אינם כוללים מסים לפני פרסום.

3. הזמנות ותשלום

הזמנה מהווה הצעה לרכישה, וכפופה לאישור ולזמינות מלאי. אנו רשאים לסרב או לבטל הזמנה לפי שיקול דעתנו. התשלום נגבה באמצעות ספק הסליקה שלנו בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.

הערת טיוטה — התאמה למצב האתר: נכון להיום עגלת הקניות וכפתור "המשך לתשלום" הם הדגמה בלבד ואינם מחוברים לספק סליקה פעיל. יש להשלים סעיף זה עם שם ספק התשלומים, אמצעי התשלום הנתמכים ותנאי החיוב לפני פתיחת מכירות אמיתיות.

4. קניין רוחני

כל התכנים באתר — לרבות המותג "BROVIAN", הלוגו, הטקסטים, העיצוב, מודל ה-3D והתמונות — מוגנים בזכויות יוצרים וסימני מסחר ומהווים קניין של BROVIAN או של מעניקי הרישיון לה. אין להעתיק, לשכפל או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתכנים ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.

5. הגבלת אחריות

האתר והמוצרים מסופקים "כפי שהם" (AS IS). במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, BROVIAN לא תישא באחריות לנזקים עקיפים, תוצאתיים או מיוחדים הנובעים מהשימוש באתר. אחריות היצרן על המוצר מוגבלת לתנאים המפורטים בעת הרכישה (כולל אחריות של שנתיים על המנגנון).

6. הדין החל וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה יחול הדין של ישראל / ____, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית תהיה נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים ב____.

7. שינויים בתנאים

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the BROVIAN website and purchasing through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Product, pricing & currency accuracy

We strive to display products, descriptions and prices accurately. All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless noted otherwise. Errors in description, availability or price may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them, update prices, and refuse or cancel any order placed on the basis of such an error — even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Draft note: Confirm the base currency, VAT/tax policy and whether prices are tax-inclusive or exclusive before publishing.

3. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Payment is taken through our payment processor at the time the order is placed.

Draft note — matches how the site works today: The cart and “Proceed to Checkout” button are currently a demo and are not connected to a live payment processor. Complete this section with the payment provider’s name, the accepted payment methods and the billing terms before selling for real.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — including the “BROVIAN” brand, logo, text, design, 3D model and images — is protected by copyright and trademark and is the property of BROVIAN or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “AS IS”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BROVIAN shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the site. Product warranty is limited to the terms stated at purchase (including the 2-year movement warranty).

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel / ____, and the competent courts of ____ shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
