מדיניות החזרות והחזרים

אנחנו רוצים שתהיו מרוצים לגמרי מרכישת BROVIAN שלכם. אם משהו אינו כרצונכם, ניתן להחזיר את המוצר בהתאם למדיניות הבאה.
הערת טיוטה: האתר מציג כרגע "החזרות קלות" ללא חלון מוגדר. יש לקבוע כאן חלון החזרה סופי ולעדכן את האתר בהתאם.
1. חלון ההחזרה
ניתן להחזיר מוצרים בתוך [30 / 60] ימים מיום קבלת ההזמנה.
מספר לאישור: יש לאשר את חלון ההחזרה הסופי (למשל 14 או 30 יום) לפני הפרסום.
2. תנאי המוצר להחזרה
- המוצר במצב חדש, לא נלבש ולא נעשה בו שימוש.
- המוצר לא נלבש ולא ניזוק, ורצוי לצרף את האריזה המקורית והחוליות שהוסרו.
- מצורפת הוכחת רכישה (מספר הזמנה או קבלה).
מוצרים שהותאמו אישית, פריטים שניזוקו כתוצאה מבלאי או שימוש לא נאות עשויים שלא להיות זכאים להחזר.
3. איך מתחילים החזרה
- שלחו דוא"ל אל amitwegner14@gmail.com עם מספר ההזמנה וסיבת ההחזרה.
- נשלח אליכם הוראות החזרה וכתובת למשלוח.
- ארזו את המוצר באריזתו המקורית ושלחו אותו בהתאם להוראות.
לאישור: מי נושא בעלות משלוח ההחזרה (הלקוח / החברה), והאם ניתנת תווית החזרה מבוילת מראש — ____.
4. החזר כספי
לאחר קבלת המוצר המוחזר ובדיקתו, נאשר את הזיכוי. ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך [5–10] ימי עסקים. ייתכן זמן נוסף עד להופעת הזיכוי בחשבונכם, בהתאם לחברת האשראי/הבנק.
5. החלפות ומוצרים פגומים
אם קיבלתם מוצר פגום או שגוי, פנו אלינו מיד ונטפל בהחלפה או בהחזר מלא ללא עלות משלוח נוספת.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your BROVIAN purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return it under the policy below.

1. Return window
Items may be returned within [30 / 60] days of receiving your order.

2. Condition requirements
- The item is in new, unworn, unused condition.
- The item is unworn and undamaged; please include the original packaging and any removed links if you still have them.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Personalised items and products damaged through wear or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to start a return
- Email amitwegner14@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back as instructed.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll approve the refund. It will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. It may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer/bank.
5. Exchanges & faulty items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us right away and we’ll arrange an exchange or full refund at no extra shipping cost.
