אנו מאשרים איתך את יעד המשלוח ואת עלות המשלוח בוואטסאפ בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.

2. זמן טיפול בהזמנה

הזמנות מעובדות ונשלחות בדרך כלל בתוך 1–2 ימי עסקים ממועד ביצוע ההזמנה (לא כולל סופי שבוע וחגים).

3. מובילים וזמני אספקה משוערים

אנו מאשרים איתך את חברת השילוח בוואטסאפ בעת ביצוע ההזמנה. זמן האספקה המשוער לאחר השילוח הוא 3–7 ימי עסקים. מספר מעקב יישלח אליכם לאחר שההזמנה יוצאת לדרך.

4. עלויות משלוח

בהתאם להבטחת האתר, המשלוח הסטנדרטי הוא חינם. אם יוצעו אפשרויות משלוח מהיר בתשלום, המחיר יוצג בעת התשלום.

5. מכס, מסים ואגרות יבוא

במשלוחים בינלאומיים ייתכנו מכס, מע"מ מקומי או אגרות יבוא שנקבעים על-ידי מדינת היעד. חיובים אלה, ככל שקיימים, הם באחריות הלקוח ואינם כלולים במחיר המוצר או המשלוח.

6. עיכובים ואובדן משלוח

איננו אחראים לעיכובים הנגרמים על-ידי המוביל, המכס או כוח עליון. אם משלוח אבד או ניזוק בדרך, פנו אלינו ונסייע בבירור מול חברת השילוח.

We confirm your shipping destination and cost with you over WhatsApp when you place your order.

2. Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Carriers & estimated delivery

We confirm the carrier with you over WhatsApp when you place your order. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days, and a tracking number is sent once your order is on its way.

4. Shipping costs

In line with the site’s promise, standard shipping is free. If paid express options are offered, the price will be shown at checkout.

5. Customs, taxes & import duties

International shipments may be subject to customs, local VAT or import duties set by the destination country. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Delays & lost shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or force majeure. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve it with the carrier.
